The school hosted a novel activity,’ Go Rural’. The students, parents and staff were in rural attire. All activities that highlighted rural life-dishes, bullock cart ride, selling of the fruits and vegetables made it an interesting event. The program attempted to create awareness about the importance of villages that are the backbones of our country. India lives in her villages. Cities are changing, but there are peace and life in our villages. There are subtle flavours in their cuisine, there is greenery, and there is a lot of richness in their culture, they have beautiful huts and roads. All these make our villages a picturesque scene. To project this uniqueness and simplicity, the school gave input to students and parents by projecting “GO RURAL DAY” on the school premises.
